By booking with Oktoberfesttrips.com, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below. You also acknowledge the information provided on our website and in all correspondence between you and Oktoberfesttrips.com.

Article 1. Booking

1. Oktoberfesttrips.com reserves the right to revoke or amend an offer due to corrections of errors in the booking software, travel price calculations, or other textual or administrative errors. Such revocation must take place within five working days after booking. If you do not agree with the revocation, amendment, or alternative offered, you may cancel your package free of charge.
2. Bookings made between November and June are based on annual commitments and allocations. Revocation or amendment of (parts of) a booking may occur, for example due to changes in the number of expected reserved seats, changes in the composition or pricing of minimum consumption requirements, and/or changes in supplier conditions. In such cases, a suitable alternative will be offered. If you do not agree with the revocation, amendment, or alternative offered, you may cancel your package free of charge.
3. If a booked package, or any component thereof, is later offered at a lower price for any reason, you shall not be entitled to a refund of the price difference.
4. Please refer to the amendment and cancellation conditions in these Terms & Conditions if you wish to amend or cancel your booking. If you require broader coverage, we recommend taking out travel insurance and/or cancellation insurance with an insurer of your choice.
5. In case of doubt regarding the suitability, sincerity, or travel history of a participant, Oktoberfesttrips.com reserves the right to exclude a traveller from participation without stating a reason. Any amount paid will be refunded in full.
6. Significant unforeseen price increases imposed by suppliers, such as surcharges for consumptions, fuel, road and rail infrastructure, taxes, or additional minimum consumption requirements, may be passed on after booking up to a maximum of 20% of the booking price. If you do not agree with the increase, you may cancel your package free of charge.
7. Any complaints should, where possible, be discussed on-site with the staff of Oktoberfesttrips.com so that they can be resolved immediately. If this is not possible, or if we believe it is more appropriate to address the matter afterwards, please submit your complaint by email upon your return.

Article 2. Transportation

You are responsible for arranging and managing your own travel. Oktoberfesttrips.com cannot be held liable for shortcomings in self-organised transportation or any resulting consequences, such as arriving late for booked programme components provided by Oktoberfesttrips.com If you arrive late, no compensation will be provided for missed programme elements. Late entry after the scheduled start time is not possible.

Article 3. Package

Oktoberfesttrips.com offers packages that include reception within walking distance of the Oktoberfest grounds, reserved seating in beer tents, and admission to one or more Oktoberfest events outside the festival grounds. Please arrive at the Wiesn Reception Hall 90 to 45 minutes before the start of your beer tent time slot in order to check in and collect your vouchers. If you arrive late, you forfeit your right to your reserved seat and no compensation will be provided. Late entry after the scheduled start time of your booked Oktoberfest event is not possible. Please take this into account when planning your journey. For detailed practical information about the packages, please refer to the website and your booking confirmation email.

Article 4. Virus

You are responsible for complying with any national and local (virus-related) measures and for meeting all entry and exit requirements applicable to Germany and/or Munich. Oktoberfesttrips.com cannot be held responsible for such measures, requirements, or any changes thereto, nor for measures affecting our programme, such as extended waiting times at entrances, limitations on the number of visitors at an Oktoberfest event or beer table, changes to opening or closing times, and similar restrictions.
Should an imposed measure or requirement result in the cancellation of one or more Oktoberfest events included in your package, the affected event will, where possible, be replaced by an alternative Oktoberfest event as described in Article 5b2.
Oktoberfesttrips.com is not a party to any dispute arising from government-imposed measures or requirements and cannot be held financially responsible or liable for such measures or any amendments thereto.
If you choose to cancel due to the consequences of such measures or requirements, the cancellation conditions set out in Article 5 shall apply.

Article 5. Payment, amendment and cancellation conditions

Upon booking:
• 100% of the Oktoberfest package
• 100% of the Drink & Food package

Article 5b. Cancellation conditions

Article 5b1. You wish to cancel

If you wish to cancel your booking, for example due to illness, a change of plans, lack of time, virus-related reasons, or any other reason, the following conditions shall apply:

• Cancellation up to 15 July: 50% refund of the total travel price
• Cancellation from 15 July to 1 August: 25% refund of the total travel price
• Cancellation from 1 August onwards: 0% refund of the total travel price

If you require broader coverage, we recommend taking out travel insurance and/or cancellation insurance with an insurer of your choice.

Article 5b2. An Oktoberfest event included in your package is cancelled

The Oktoberfest events in your package are a selection from Oktoberfest events taking place in Munich. Oktoberfest-Trips.com has selected the best options and offers a complete Oktoberfest experience in Munich. The packages offered include more than one Oktoberfest event in a beer tent on the Oktoberfest grounds, known as Die Wiesn, and cover either a day or an entire weekend.

If an Oktoberfest event in your package is cancelled, the relevant Oktoberfest event will be replaced by another Oktoberfest event. If this is not possible, or if you are not satisfied with the replacement event, you are entitled to:

• Beer tent: €39 compensation
• Oktoberfest Afterparty: €19 compensation

Article 5b3. Full cancellation of Oktoberfest

If the entire Munich Oktoberfest and/or all Oktoberfest events included in your package are cancelled, you will receive a full refund of the travel price, minus €29 per person to cover costs already incurred.

Article 6. Communication

1. The lead booker is responsible for verifying the contents of the booking, the confirmation email, the practical information PDF, and for sharing this information with all fellow travellers. Oktoberfesttrips.com shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from shortcomings or negligence on the part of the lead booker.
2. The lead booker must be reachable while in Munich in order to receive any last-minute changes to the travel programme.
3. The lead booker serves as the primary point of contact for Oktoberfesttrips.com.
4. The lead booker must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for any accompanying minors. If a minor participates in the trip, the lead booker must possess written parental consent authorising the minor’s participation.
5. Any changes to the email address and/or telephone number of the lead booker or fellow travellers must be communicated immediately by email to Oktoberfesttrips.com.
6. The lead booker is responsible for ensuring that all fellow travellers register via the traveller registration form. A link to this form is included in the booking confirmation.

Article 7. Responsibility and liability

1. Oktoberfesttrips.com places great importance on mutual respect. Respect for fellow travellers, staff, and the surrounding environment is therefore an essential requirement for the success of the trip.
2. All travellers are personally responsible and liable for acting safely and responsibly with regard to alcohol consumption, personal relationships, damage, loss, theft, and any applicable health measures.
3. All travellers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid travel documents and appropriate travel and/or cancellation insurance. Oktoberfesttrips.com shall not be liable for any direct or consequential damages resulting from invalid travel documents or the absence of adequate insurance coverage.
4. Oktoberfesttrips.com shall not be liable in cases of force majeure or emergencies. Force majeure and emergencies include, but are not limited to, traffic conditions, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, threats of terrorism, terrorist acts, war, virus outbreaks, and similar circumstances. Depending on the stage of the trip and the circumstances involved, Oktoberfesttrips.com may, at its sole discretion, decide to offer compensation for any inconvenience suffered. However, there is no obligation to do so. Any compensation offered shall be determined solely by the management of Oktoberfesttrips.com, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the amount of such compensation.
5. Oktoberfesttrips.com shall not be liable for the conduct of travellers. Each traveller remains personally responsible and liable for any direct or consequential damages and/or injuries caused to fellow travellers or third parties through their actions.
6. Oktoberfesttrips.com shall not be liable for the actions of, or damages caused by, third parties who are not directly involved in the execution of the booked travel arrangements.
7. The possession and/or use of drugs, offensive or defensive weapons, knives, firearms, or any other nationally or internationally prohibited substances is strictly prohibited during our activities. Any violation will result in immediate exclusion from participation in our activities and further participation in the trip will be denied. This exclusion applies to the entire travel party of which the offender forms part. Oktoberfesttrips.com and local organisers shall not be liable for any direct or consequential damages arising from such exclusion.

Article 8. General

1. These Terms & Conditions and all related documentation shall be governed exclusively by Dutch law.
2. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to designs, content, trademarks, logos, images, photographs, texts, and other materials, belong to Oktoberfesttrips.com and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
3. Any usage rights granted by Oktoberfesttrips.com are strictly limited to private and personal use. These rights apply only from the moment of registration until the conclusion of the trip. Any use beyond this scope is prohibited without prior written permission from Oktoberfesttrips.com.
4. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, publish, or otherwise use photographs, texts, or other materials from the website and/or published documents without the express written consent of Oktoberfesttrips.com.
5. Participants are prohibited from sharing information with the press or any form of mass media that could damage the reputation, privacy, or interests of Oktoberfesttrips.com, its staff, or its participants without prior consent.
6. Oktoberfesttrips.com may create photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings during events and activities. Such recordings may be published, reproduced, distributed, or otherwise used. By participating, travellers grant unconditional permission for the creation and use of such recordings without entitlement to any compensation. To the extent permitted by law, any neighbouring rights, copyrights, portrait rights, or similar rights relating to such recordings are transferred to Oktoberfesttrips.com without limitation.
7. Travellers who do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings are responsible for making this known on-site and taking reasonable steps to avoid being filmed or photographed.

Article 9. Website and other communication channels

1. The website Oktoberfest-trips.com is owned by ZutNet.nl, established in Hensbroek, The Netherlands, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 34188425.
2. Oktoberfesttrips.com makes every effort to ensure that its website is free from technical defects that could result in unwanted consequences. However, Oktoberfesttrips.com accepts no liability for any direct or consequential damages arising from access to, use of, or reliance upon the website or any website linked to or associated with it.
3. Where communication takes place between Oktoberfesttrips.com and visitors or users of the website through electronic means such as email or other forms of electronic data exchange, both parties are expected to maintain standard virus protection measures. Oktoberfesttrips.com shall not be liable for damages resulting from viruses, electronic transmission failures, corrupted messages, or messages not received.
4. The website may contain links to third-party websites. Although these links are selected with care, Oktoberfesttrips.com accepts no responsibility for, and provides no guarantees regarding, the content, quality, services, privacy practices, or activities of such third-party websites or organisations.
5. Access to and use of software and systems developed by Oktoberfesttrips.com, including the associated website, is a privilege and not a general right. Oktoberfesttrips.com reserves the right to refuse access to any person at any time and without stating a reason.

Article 10. Privacy

1. Oktoberfesttrips.com respects the privacy of all travellers and website users and processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection legislation.
2. The website may contain links to third-party websites. Oktoberfesttrips.com is not responsible for the compliance of such third parties with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
